Our Carer Protection Plan gives you peace of mind by offering flexible replacement options in the odd occasion your permanently placed carer becomes unsuitable or unavailable within the free 30 day coverage period. *Additional coverage can also be purchased. The Plan ensures that, if needed, a replacement carer will be matched as closely as possible to your original requirements. Replacements are subject to a discretionary limit, allowing us to assess each situation individually and ensure fair and appropriate coverage. The Plan aims to help you maintain consistent, high-quality care without disruption. To qualify, the carer’s duties and hours must remain consistent with the original agreement, and all terms of service must be met- including a safe working environment. *Please note, our service is as seamless as can be without the additional security of the CPP, but this plan guarantees that your client's rehabilitation and quality of life is undisrupted no matter what events occur.
